Memorabilia Monday: 25 Years of Gish
This week marks the 25th anniversary of the release of The Smashing Pumpkins debut studio album, Gish. Produced in 1991 by Butch Vig and Billy Corgan, the album explores psycheldia-rock full of heavy basslines and extended guitar solos. Selling over one million albums in the U.S. alone, the album is widely available to this day, however there are many pressings from around the globe with alternate artwork, limited quantities, and remastered versions.
