Memorabilia Monday: Machina Uncut Proof Sheets
Sixteen years ago, on February 29, 2000, The Smashing Pumpkins released their fifth studio album, Machina/The Machines of God. Russian artist Vasily Kafanov was commissioned to produce the artwork. The byzantine and elaborate artwork loosely relates the concept of the album; the story of Glass and the Machines of God. The distinctive artwork bolstered a Grammy nomination for Best Recording Package in 2001.
Featured in today's Memorabilia Monday is the very rare uncut CD inserts!
