Connie is a gorgeous, attentive, plus-sized 3 year old feline who was a bit overfed before arriving at PAWS Chicago. She would make the ideal addition to a household where she will be kept active and where making sure she stays on her kitty “weight watchers” routine is a priority! Since Connie enjoys the company of people so much, she would do best in a home where she won’t be left alone for long periods of time. Connie prefers to do things on her own terms—she is a cat, after all—and will need owners who respect her need to call the shots! Do you have room in your heart and home for this fun, feisty feline? Connie is part of PAWS Chicago’s Featured Five adoption program, designed to find homes for cats who have been at the shelter for a while, patiently waiting for loving homes. Not only will you receive a lifetime of love, but Featured Five adopters receive special adoption benefits!

As a benefit of each cat’s adoption, adopters will receive one year of:

· Free Merrick Pet Care cat food

· Free wellness care at PAWS Chicago’s Medical Center

· Additional medial support may be offered for cats with ongoing medical needs (to be determined on a case-by-case basis)
